My Mentors

One of the things I versed from David was that it helps to create an education. As my mentor, he shared both his supremacyes and his failures with me, and I learned much from both. One of his failures occurred when some minor effective technicalities caused a business partnership to work against David's benefit. Had he gained a college education and possibly some business training, David might have avoided that blunder, and his transparency in acknowledging his failure to me convinced me that my long-held plan to affiance a college degree was one that I needed to idea about and simply achieve. As Stonyfield Farm CEO Gary Hirshberg retch it, "The most undervalued asset in entrepreneurship is determination," and I had finally make the determination to pursue the education necessary to under progress my future business plans.

David is not the only supremacyful burgher I know, but he is the most ethical. Many of the others I grew up with achieved their success by capitalizing on their charisma, their image, or their style. akin my mentor David, however, I knew that I wanted to succeed and be judged based on my character, integrity, and substance. I recognized through my friendship with David that true leadership requires character, and that developing and maintaining character takes grit and persistence. there may not be a one-size-fits-all recipe for success in feeling, but there are certainly give away ingredients for it. David's character, leadership, and willingness to mentor me have made an indelible impact on my life and influenced my efforts to realize my dreams. I am grateful. A mentor is a stepping-stone to a better life, and David has enabled me to climb far higher than I would have without his help.
