I currently work as a range RN for Bayada Homecare Nurses in Middletown. My current expertise is in fondness for pediatric clients. I have been a RN for 3 years and I am excited to be enhancing and expanding my clinical skills in the nurse practitioner graduate program at the University of Delaware. This folder contains information related to the course that will be useful for you. The following forms are included in this parcel: Clinical Schedule with Dates and Times, Course Syllabus, Course Schedule, Preceptor-Student-Instructor Responsibilities, Preceptor oecumenical Clinical Guidelines, History and Physical Report Form, and Preceptor paygrade of Student Form. This course requires 84 clinical hours to be distri besidese throughout the semester. I am permitted to do 6-8 hours per day but no more than 16 hours per week. My plan is to do 6-8 hours per week for this course, depending on the day of the week and your schedule.

My goals for this semester include becoming more comfortable with and efficient at obtaining a detailed long-suffering history and performing comprehensive physical examinations. I as well hope to learn to see the big picture with individually patient case instead of solely focusing on just affected body systems. Developing my critical sentiment skills further is another goal that I hope to strain throughout the semester.
