pains is a somebodys reaction to change. It is a physical and mental response to feelings, situations, other people or places (Gregson 6). The things that cause focus argon called stressors. A stressor can be internal or external. An internal stressor is a feeling or emotion that causes stress whereas an external stressor is something outside a person that causes stress (6). Transactional manikin and Health realization model are the models of stress management. A transactional model says that stress is neither in the environment nor in the person but a production of their interplay (Lazarus 354). According to the article in Wikipedia, this model proposes that it is possible to edit out stress by making stressed people affirm their perception about the stressors and providing them with strategies that can help them cope and mend their confidence against their stress. A health realization model is also based on the idea that stress does not follow up on the presence of a potential stressor. According to this model stress occurs in an individual due to negative and unassured thoughts.

This model proposes that it is possible to reduce an individuals stress by providing them with the ability to recognize when they are in the grip of insecure thoughts, release them from those thoughts and access positive feelings (Wikipedia.org). There are heterogeneous stress management techniques that are suggested now-a-days to cope with stress. Some of these techniques are time management, proper nutrition, regular exercise such as yoga, recreational activities, sufficient sleep, meditation, relaxation techniques etc (Sawhney).
