Jazz Concert Report.
I will inception of by saying that this was an experience that I absolutely enjoyed. existence completely honest, I will admit that before be I wasn’t too thrilled, and that was the reason why I put it off until the real last day. The concert that I attended was Paul Seaforth & Mo’ Sax. It was at Dizzy’s Jazz Club in downtown San Diego. Dizzy’s Jazz Club Is a very small venue. In reality it isn’t a concert venue it is more like a bar or a eating place where you can go and listen to jazz. This was good for my report because it gave me the hazard to be keep out the musicians and be able pay close attention to what they were doing. It also made it a more in-person and private event.
The audience at the venue was very diverse. at that place was every thing from teenagers to elderly public. I would say that about sixty share of the audience was over the age of fifty. It was also easy to station all the students that were there to do a scholastic report. We, because I have to include myself, were all taking notes and staring at the musicians paying close attention to their every movement. One thing we all did have in common was that we all enjoyed the large performance.




Paul Seaforth’s band was composed of seven musicians including Mr. Seaforth electropositive 2 guest performers. One thing that was definitely very noticeable was the amount of saxophone players. There was four including Mr. Seaforth positive(p) one guest sax player that played for about of the concert bringing the number of saxophones to five. There was also a guitar player, which was outstanding, but I will get into that later, a drummer, and a keyboard player. The other guest performer was Paul Seaforth’s wife Linda. Mr. Seaforth also played the trumpet on a some pieces and also sang in a couple of them as well.
