Kudler beautiful Foods is known for luxuriously quality gourmet foods. After opening La Jolla, Kudler Fine Foods expanded to both the Del Mar and Encinitas store locations. The result of the companionship has put the argumentation in need of a saucily management approach to sustain success. As the company continues to develop, in that location is a need to invest in a show scope engine room to increase productivity of management tasks. This leave allow management more time to focus on company values and management duties instead of perform a multitude of tasks that are non-management related. Kudler Fine Foods growth is to remain as a customer oriented business that provides high quality gourmet foods.
Implementing supply chain technology will automate the manual inventory and ordering performed by the owner within Kudler Fine Foods will alleviate business on the owner and ensure products are ordered right and in a timely order.



An opportunity exists to press the duty by either hiring help with purchasing products and inventory or by training others to use an automated inventory bring in system. Both would incur costs, but implementing an automated inventory tracking system will save time. An automated supply chain system would be significant to ordering products in a timely manner and the correct amount of products.
