Healthy Moms and Babes Celebrates its 25years anniversary in 2010. It was 1985 when the new wave-based speech communication system was developed. Healthy moms and Babes began as a small not-for-profit course targeting pregnant women in two urban neighborhoods roughly womens wellness.
