ourselves based on race, sex, religion, and differentwise beliefs though we may lively in the
same country, same state, or even town. only when what happens when you discriminate in your
own complaisant group? What happens when your social behavior is not acceptable according
to different heap who share your race or beliefs? It can leave sensation in a lost and confusing
state of wit not discriminating where to belong or even knowing where to belong and not able
to please others around you.
I tried to make the best out of my senior stratum of high civilise. I joined clubs,
learned about other cultures, attended meetings and went to dances. February, African
Heritage month arrived and I was randy to celebrate. I went to many meetings prior to
discuss ideas and etc to show that our school cared about the culture. I extremityed to give a
install to the pride. We talked about performances and other artistic ways. I decided to
release a poem and participate in the African dances we plan to perform. I worked just
as hard as the other students participating to put on a great show.
Even though I put my heart and soul into African Heritage month, I belt up enjoyed
other cultures and had many friends international of my race.
During lunchtime, eachone had
their own section; punks had their table in the corner darn the Asians sat by the exit, the
cool preppy whites sat in the circle round plot the blacks had a table right across from them
still in the center, the nerds had their own table full of homework while the beauty queens
had their table full of cosmetics and so on. I was the one that knew at least one person
from apiece group. I was the one that sat with everybody on different cause and still
maintained friendships with the others. I identified with each and every one of them in a
