The aim of this study was to examine gender differences in the workplace in the perspective of a male dominated environment. More recently, as awareness regarding mens experiences of agony has increased, legal explanations predicated on womens experiences of wearyment have required expansion.Harassment is a means of regulation and enforcing a particular view of how women and men should be, punishing women who take off from their prescribed feminine gender role and men who set forth from their prescribed masculine gender role. The cultural gender whim system underlies the stereotype that is practic eachy used by others to adopt that someone is gay, lesbian, or bisexual: gender role non-conformity.
It is often stereotyped that men do the harassment because the women have all the bodily assets a man is craving for. Although women are more than likely to experience all forms of harassment, the magnitude of gender differences varies across different forms of harassment. The magnitude of the gender difference is larger for forms of harassment that are less frequent and perceived to be more serious, including experiences of unwanted sexual attention and sexual coercion. Some women may want that man to seduce and sexually harass them, notwithstanding doesnt report it. Like in the workplace, they lie and tell that the opposing male/female tried to sexually harass them, knowing they enjoyed it.If you want to get a full essay, send it on our website: Orderessay
